Dear User: Please read these Terms and Conditions before registering. By registering on NRI PelliGola, you explicitly understand and agree that:

• You meet the legal marriageable age required by your jurisdiction (21 years for men, 18 years for women in India).
• You are not prohibited by any law from entering into a legal contract.
• You have read and accept all terms outlined herein.

1. Eligibility

To register with NRI PelliGola, users must:

• Be at least 21 (men) or 18 (women) in India, or meet the legal marriageable age in their jurisdiction.
• Be legally single and genuinely seeking a life partner through a traditional arranged marriage process.
• Successfully complete identity verification, including submission of a government-issued ID and facial video.

2. Account Security and Responsibilities

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Be responsible for all activities under your account.
• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Not impersonate others or misrepresent identity or affiliations.
• Not share credentials or create multiple accounts.

3. Use of Platform

NRI PelliGola grants you a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our services strictly for matrimonial purposes.

• No dating, flirting, or casual friendships.
• No bots, scripts, automated systems, or scraping tools.
• No reproduction, duplication, or resale of platform content without consent.
• No commercial use or solicitations.

4. Profile Moderation

All profiles are subject to moderation. We may remove or edit content deemed:

• False or misleading
• Inappropriate or offensive
• Suspicious or irrelevant

Duplicate profiles are prohibited. Prohibited content includes sexually explicit material, hate speech, and violent content.

5. Membership Tiers and Features

Paid tiers may offer features such as:

• Sending/receiving interest requests
• Highlighted profile placement
• Access to verified contact info after mutual acceptance

Details of benefits are shown at the time of subscription.

6. Subscription and Auto-Renewal

Memberships are valid for fixed durations (30, 90, or 180 days). Auto-renewal may apply for certain payment methods, especially for international users.

You'll be notified 7 days before auto-renewal. You can disable auto-renewal anytime via your account settings.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All memberships are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. By subscribing, you confirm:

• You’ve read and accepted the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Refunds are only processed as per that Policy.
• There is no guarantee of finding a match.
• In case of conflict, the Refund & Cancellation Policy takes precedence.

8. Communication Conduct

Communication must be respectful and limited to genuine matrimonial interest.

• No abusive, vulgar, or sexually explicit messages.
• Do not contact more than the allowed number of profiles per day/month.
• We may monitor and restrict communication to prevent abuse.

9. Termination and Suspension

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for:

• Impersonation or offensive behavior
• Fraudulent activity or misuse
• Violation of terms

No refunds will be issued in such cases. Appeals may be submitted to our support team.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, layout, and design on the platform belong to NRI PelliGola. You may not reuse any part of it without written consent.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee matchmaking success. All payments are non-refundable unless stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

NRI PelliGola is not liable for damages from user interactions. Users should exercise caution and avoid sharing personal/financial info prematurely.

12. Fraud Prevention and User Safety

Users must stay vigilant. We do not verify every user’s intent.

• Do not send money or sensitive info to other users.
• Report suspicious activity via the app or by emailing getmarried@nripelligola.com.
• We cooperate with law enforcement when needed.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify NRI PelliGola and its affiliates for any losses or claims arising from misuse, legal violations, or third-party rights infringement.

14. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

Indian law governs these Terms. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Hyderabad, India.

15. Amendments

Terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notices. Continued use signifies acceptance.
