Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed for paid memberships and services on NRI PelliGola (“Platform”). By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

1. No Guarantee of Match or Outcome

NRI PelliGola is a matchmaking platform. However:

• No guarantee of finding a match, receiving responses, or entering marriage.
• No refunds for:
  • Not finding a match
  • Dissatisfaction with profiles
  • Lack of communication from others

2. 7‑Day “No Questions Asked” Refund – First‑Time Memberships Only

• Full refund if canceled within 7 days of first subscription.
• Applies only to the first membership purchase.
• Email cancellation to getmarried@nripelligola.com.

3. Auto‑Renewals

• Memberships may auto‑renew at term end.
• Cancel within 3 days of renewal for a full refund.
• Renewal fees are non‑refundable after 3 days.
• Manage auto‑renew settings in your account to avoid charges.

4. Duplicate Payments and Technical Errors

• Refunds are issued for verified duplicate or incorrect charges.
• Can be requested beyond the 7‑ or 3‑day windows.

5. Refund Method and Timeline

• Refunds via original payment method or platform credit.
• Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval.
• Bank processing time may vary.

6. Non‑Refundable Circumstances

No refunds will be issued for:

• Cancellations beyond 7 days (except duplicate/technical errors).
• Auto‑renewals canceled after the 3‑day window.
• Lack of matches or communication dissatisfaction.
• Midway cancellations after the refund period.

7. Fraud Disclaimer

We are not liable for losses due to fraud or misconduct by other users. Please:

• Exercise caution when engaging on the platform
• Never share personal or financial information
• Report concerns to getmarried@nripelligola.com

We actively investigate and may suspend or ban violators.

8. Documentation and Identity Verification

• Send refund requests via email to getmarried@nripelligola.com.
• You may need to provide:
  • Full name and registered email
  • Date of subscription & transaction ID
  • Refund reason (if applicable)
  • Proof for technical issues or duplicate charges
• Identity verification may be required.

9. EU/UK Users – Right of Withdrawal

• EU/UK residents may cancel within 14 days under Consumer Rights Directive.
• If you start using the service, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply.
• Contact us at getmarried@nripelligola.com within 14 days if you haven’t used the service.

10. Jurisdiction and Compliance

• This Policy is governed by the laws of India.
• For EU/UK users, applicable consumer protection laws also apply.
• Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction defined in our Terms & Conditions.

11. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated policy.
